The Lower East Side Ecology Center is joining NYC Parks and Friends of Tompkins Square Park to host a tree count in Tompkins Square Park as part of the ongoing 2025 tree census. This is a fun\, once-in-a-decade opportunity to help gather critical information on our city trees while enjoying a summer park outing! We provide all training and materials\, including trees count swag. No experience is necessary! \nMeeting location: Field house and bathrooms. \nRegister through NYC Parks website.
