New York City Nature Challenge
Saturday April 15, 11 am – 2pm

Environmental Learning Center in the Fireboat House
East River Promenade at Grand Street

Just in time for “Citizen Science Day” and “Earth Day” the City Nature Challenge is asking residents of 16 U.S. cities to explore nature all around them and document the species they find. Join our educators on April 15th to explore East River Park, record all plants and animals we find on land and in the river, and help NYC win the City Nature Challenge!

You will also learn about other citizen science projects and Ecology Center initiatives, and have a chance to get hands-on with the animals and specimens in our Environmental Learning Center. RSVP today!

Directions to get to the Fireboat House in East River Park.
