Join thousands of New Yorkers coming together to survey the health of our urban forest. The Lower East Side Ecology Center is joining NYC Parks and Friends of Tompkins Square Park to host a tree count in Tompkins Square Park as part of the ongoing 2025 tree census. This is a fun, once-in-a-decade opportunity to help gather critical information on our city trees while enjoying a summer park outing! We provide all training and materials, including trees count swag. No experience is necessary!
